Matt is a Juno nominated song-writer/music producer with over 15 years teaching experience and holds an Associate Degree in Music from Hollywood's Musicians Institute College. He has received many awards throughout the years, winning Boots and Hearts Emerging Artist of the Year with Kris Barclay and producing the song "Building a Wall" by Shawnee Kish, winning CBC's Searchlight 2020. Matt's current writing work on the debut EP by Shawnee Kish was also nominated for a Juno in 2022.
